VanZant ADR Services is a family-owned practice founded by Travis VanZant and his mother, Tina Flores. Based in Clarksville, Tennessee, we provide structured, confidential conflict-resolution services for individuals, workplaces, and organizations nationwide.

By combining Travis’s background in leadership and negotiation with Tina’s two decades of linguistic expertise, we offer a unique, multi-generational approach to mediation that prioritizes clarity, dignity, and the human element of every dispute.

Travis is a dedicated neutral guide focused on helping parties slow down difficult situations and approach conversations with intention. He does not take sides or impose outcomes; instead, he facilitates a process where respectful communication and informed decision-making can flourish.

Tina Flores- Co-Founder &

Spanish Language Specialist

With over 20 years of experience as a Spanish speaker, Tina ensures that language is never a barrier to a fair resolution. Known for her calming presence and unwavering professionalism, she provides the linguistic support necessary for Spanish-speaking participants to navigate the mediation process with complete confidence.

Tina is currently pursuing her Court Interpreter Certification, further deepening the firm’s commitment to professional excellence and inclusive service.

Raquel Felton- Spanish Language Specialist

Raquel serves as a Spanish Language Specialist at VanZant ADR Services, where she plays a key role in ensuring clear, accurate, and culturally competent communication throughout the mediation process. She is dedicated to helping Spanish-speaking clients fully understand and confidently participate in every stage of resolution.

With a strong appreciation for cultural nuance and language precision, Raquel works to eliminate communication barriers that can hinder meaningful dialogue. Her presence supports the firm’s commitment to inclusive, people-centered services by ensuring that every voice is not only heard, but truly understood.
